A letter to the editor : Some observations on milk composition of morning and evening summer milks of Holstein Friesian cows

Abstract

There are references to indicate that there is no significant difference in milk composition 
between morning and evening milks of Sudanese cows (Khalifa, 1966). Similar data with 
Holstein-Friesian cows, specialized dairy breed exotic to Sudan were not recorded. 
This communication is an attempt to record observations on differences in composition between 
morning and evening milks of Holstein-Friesian cows.
